Study Purpose/Description
This study aims to understand the effectiveness of an investigational treatment for confirmed advanced and/or metastatic solid tumours.
What’s Involved?
Taking part in this study involves receiving an investigational treatment for confirmed advanced and/or metastatic solid tumours. Participants will be required to visit the University of the Sunshine Coast Clinical Trials Sunshine Coast Haematology and Oncology clinic in Buderim, Queensland every 2 weeks for up to 2 years.
If you are included in the trial, you will receive trial medication or trial medication and pembrolizumab. The investigational treatment will be administered every 2 weeks as an IV infusion (into a vein) over 30-60 minutes. For patients who are assigned to trial medication + pembrolizumab, the pembrolizumab will be administered every 6 weeks as an IV infusion over 30 minutes.
Participation in this study will be free of charge and private health insurance is not required.
